Return Policy
Thank you for shopping at XLinkShop. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our Starlink accessories. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
• The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
• It must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
• You must provide the order number.
3. Return Process (Updated)
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact Us: Email our support team at admin@xlinkshop.com with your order number and photos/videos of the item (if defective).
2. Review: Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific return address.
3. Shipping the Item: * For Defective/Wrong Items: We will email you a pre-paid return shipping label. You simply need to print it and drop the package at the designated carrier.
• For Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): You are responsible for arranging the shipment through a reliable carrier (e.g., USPS, FedEx, DHL). You must provide us with a tracking number once the item is sent.
4. Note: Items sent back to us without a confirmed RMA will not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping Costs (Updated)
• Defective or Wrong Items: If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, XLinkShop covers 100% of the return shipping costs. We will provide a pre-paid label at no cost to you.
• Customer Remorse: For returns due to personal reasons (e.g., ordered wrong model, no longer needed), the customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping. These costs are non-refundable.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.
• If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method (e.g., PayPal or Credit Card).
• Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
6. Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective or damaged during transit, contact us immediately at admin@xlinkshop.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
7. Return Address
All authorized returns should be sent to:

8. Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items. Whether the return is due to a product defect or customer remorse, you will not be charged a fee to restock the item.
